What's new¶

- 2026-09-28 - New CompTIA A+ (220-1201 and 220-1202) guide: nine notes across both Core exams, a fact sheet, study plan, scenarios, strategy and 20 practice questions. On the site, every page now has its own search description and a title led by its exam code, and deploys notify search engines through IndexNow.
- 2026-09-18 - Every dead vendor link repaired: 783 URLs, each replacement fetched and matched to the page the citation meant. The sweep now also catches soft 404s and deep links that silently redirect to a homepage. The record of every old-to-new replacement is docs/link-rot-2026-09-17.md.
- 2026-09-17 - Audit pass. The weekly external link check turned out never to have run: it passed lychee a flag lychee had removed, so it checked zero URLs and reported success in 0.2 seconds. Fixed, with a guard that fails the job when lychee cannot run at all. The first real sweep found 701 dead vendor links; the most-cited are repaired and the rest are listed in docs/link-rot-2026-09-17.md. Also: seven new data-engineering concept pages and a data engineering topic index, closing the thinnest of the four subjects in the repo's name; Open Graph cards on every page of the site; and the GitHub repository description, which had drifted to "122+ certs across 22 providers", is now generated from
certs.jsonand checked in CI like every other count.
